Privacy Policy

VEXORA is a motion design studio based in Aden. This policy explains how the studio handles the information you share through this website, mainly the project request form.

When you send a project request we receive:

• your name and email address;
• if you choose to give them: your WhatsApp number, company or brand, the service you are interested in and your budget range;
• the project description you write.

To stop spam and abuse we also keep a one-way hash of your network address (the address itself is not stored), the type of browser you used and the page you came from.

Only to reply to your request, discuss and quote the project, and deliver it if we work together. We do not sell your information, share it for advertising or add you to mailing lists.

Requests are stored in a managed PostgreSQL database (Supabase) and can only be read through the studio's private dashboard, which is protected by a sign-in. The companies that host the website and the database process this data on our behalf.

For as long as it is needed to handle your request and any project that follows. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

The public website uses no analytics and sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser's session storage remembers that you have already seen the opening animation during the current visit, and if you switch languages a small cookie remembers your choice. The only other cookie is the sign-in cookie for the studio's private dashboard, which visitors never receive.

WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok links take you to those services, and their own privacy policies apply once you are there.
